If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of package receipt in order to qualify for store credit or refund. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of package receipt date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type minus shipping costs. Returns made after 30 days will be provided store credit. Return labels may be requested via e-mail . Returns shipped without a New Jammies provided return label, must be sent with delivery confirmation and or tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please include a copy of your packaging list or receipt so that we may quickly process your return. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package via provided label or insured, traceable method to the address below. Return or exchange shipping labels will not be provided on orders outside of the USA nor will original shipping costs be refunded if an item is returned.
