BRAND AMBASSADOR AFFILIATE AGREEMENT
This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Brand Ambassador Program. The terms “Brand Ambassador,” “you,” and “your” are referring to you, the applicant. “We”, “our”, “us” refer to New Jammies
This agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your ambassador application and will end when terminated by either party in writing.
Becoming an ambassador, does not establish any legal or financial relationship with New Jammies. We reserve the right to terminate an ambassador’s position at any time, with or without reason, by giving the other party written notice of termination.
TRACKING LINK AND PERSONAL CODE USAGE
As an ambassador we will provide a tracking link for you imbed in your social media content to track sales made through your posts. We may provide a personalized discount code from time to time for you to share and have your referrals use with their purchases. This code is not to be shared on public coupon/discount websites such as retailmenot.com, couponsock.com and others like it.
We are looking for parents, grandparents, and caretakers of children who understand the importance of living and raising children in an eco-conscious and healthy environment. By becoming a New Jammies Ambassador, you will be representing a company that creates products using 100% organic cotton and encourages protecting our environment and developing healthy habits for children with our Eat Right, Play Right, Sleep Tight philosophy. We’d love for you to share through your posts your vision of healthy and nutritious meals, active family lifestyle, and cozy creative bedtime routines. All three of these component are important to a healthy childhood and we believe good habits start from day one! If you agree with us, then we welcome you to join us in sharing the New Jammies love!
We ask our ambassadors to:
Reach out to friends, family and acquaintances via social media/word of mouth to educate them on our brand & lifestyle.
Help promote our social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc.), giveaways & events.
Post a minimum of one post on social media promoting New Jammies (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc.). The more you post though the more sales you can achieve.
Tag us so that we can repost your posts on social media.
Recruit new, like-minded ambassadors to join the New Jammies Ambassador team.
Help drive sales to www.newjammies.com (our retail website) through the use of social media, word of mouth and any other reasonable means.
As an Ambassador, you will begin with a 10% net commission on all sales generated using your unique referral code or link tracked from your social media or website. In the event that an ambassador earns more than $500 in one year, that person must fill out and submit a W9 form to the company. Refusal to do so will result in any further payments being withheld pending the submission of the W9 form. Generally speaking, commissions are paid around the 15th of each month for the previous months sales. Commissions will not be paid on returned goods. Your tracking link will be active for a minimum of 60 days or longer upon approval.
YOU WILL BE ABLE TO TRACK COMMISSIONS AND PAYOUT VIA YOUR AMBASSADOR DASHBOARD.

SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT
As a Brand Ambassador we expect you to represent our brand in good taste. We encourage you to be unique and creative when posting and sharing.
RESTRICTIONS ON CREATING OR SHARING CONTENT ASSOCIATED WITH BLUE PLANET EYEWEAR NAME/PRODUCTS/GEAR:
X-rated and promote sexually explicit materials
Promoting violence and/or drug use
Promoting discrimination based on race, sex, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or age
Promoting illegal or questionable activities
Violating intellectual property rights
*NOT FOLLOWING ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS WILL LEAD TO IMMEDIATE CODE DEACTIVATION AND REMOVAL FROM THE NEW JAMMIES AMBASSADOR PROGRAM, FOLLOWED BY A PERMANENT BLOCK*
